Throughout his career, Hannes has held senior management roles where he successfully led large teams, developed training systems, and implemented operational strategies that improved performance and efficiency. His experience includes managing large-scale operations, developing distribution networks, and mentoring staff in both technical and corporate environments.
Hannes is deeply passionate about education, with a particular heart for supporting LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs) and creating opportunities for them to access training and build meaningful careers.

Crystal has successfully managed her own preschools as well as prestigious private preschool centres and has served as a principal across multiple institutions. Her experience spans education, curriculum development, staff mentoring, and centre management.
Crystal spent 11 years at Cotlands in senior roles including Educare Manager, HOD, and Principal. She has also appeared on national television programmes such as Carte Blanche, Takalani Sesame, Soul City, and Zola 7, contributing to awareness around ECD, HIV, and bereavement support.
Deeply committed to supporting LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs) to access and succeed in the ECD field.
Developed children’s workbooks and training materials in collaboration with organisations such as UNICEF.
